Early life
Rhoades was raised by a single mother in a suburb of Chicago, along with an older sister who suffered from schizophrenia. Most of the attention in the household, according to Rhoades, was devoted to caring for her sister and left little love or guidance for her. She came to appreciate the glamorous lifestyle of Playboy models like Anna Nicole Smith, who appeared on the show The Girls Next Door.Cocaine was introduced to Rhoades when she was in her first serious relationship, where she was involved in several burglaries. When she was sixteen years old, she was admitted to a youth detention center in Warrenville, Illinois. A year later, she was released for good behavior after achieving her GED.
Career
After coming out of Warrenville, Rhoades attempted legalized sex work by hostessing at Tilted Kilt, stripping in a strip club, and soon after performing her first adult film at 19. Rhoades made her debut in adult films in 2016, and by the end of 2017, she had left the industry. Rhoades told Playboy that her first talent agent was aggressive and controlling; in fact, did not give her time off to see a doctor to treat medical issues arising from always being penetrated on set. After a hiatus of three or four months, she began work again with a different agent, describing the latter's role as "coax[ing] girls into doing more and more for the least amount of money", according to Playboy. After being in the porn industry for about a year, she transitioned to a career in social media influencing. By 2019, she had become the most-searched actress on Pornhub, with 345 million views. In February 2020, she became a marketing consultant for Brazzers.Rhoades has openly discussed exploitation and abuse in pornography and discouraged women from entering the industry. She stated that she earns hundreds of thousands of dollars monthly for posting nude photos and videos on OnlyFans, which gives her control on how her body is sold.
In 2021, Rhoades launched her publicity campaign promoting cryptocurrency PAWGcoin. She started an NFT image project in November that year and launched it in 2022. After the launch, she transferred out 509 ethereum (ETH) worth $1.5 million, abandoning her NFT project following the $1.8 million launch, according to internet investigator Coffeezilla.
Rhoades co-hosts the podcast 3 Girls 1 Kitchen and designed a lingerie line with Yandy whose parent company is Playboy.
